I love the quirky-ness of this gorgeous shop in Ruthin! The shop is full of allsorts; contemporary and vintage homewares and accessories…some of which I’ve recently treated myself to. A pair of wooden sunglasses! Also a stockist of Annie Sloan chalk paint!…see, told you it was worth a visit!
Adorable hand-crafted wooden products, based in Ruabon. I couldn’t decide which was my favourite…but that top photo might just be the one.
Love Yourself, Naturally. I could have eaten the bloody lot it smelt that good!
Oh, be still my beating hobo heart!…{did you see what i did there?! da, de?!}. Now this was my favourite stall of the whole lot. And I got home and kind of kicked myself a little that I didn’t buy anything! Just look at those horses, and those hearts, and those birds…and look at the guitar! Check the facebook page out because it’s definitely worth a visit.
The cutest owls and dolls! And check out the cushion with the cock on it!
Cockerel, obviously…but I bet you looked again then, didn’t you?! ha!
Can’t beat a bit of cute stationery, can you? Loved the prints, too.
Dreamy. That’s how I would describe this stall. From the beautiful candle holders to the cute, cute bunting. Just gorgeous.

The Vintage in the Vale Fair is a collection of vintage and handmade gorgeousness {is that even a word?!} that takes place in Trelawnyd Memorial Hall. I’m not sure how often it takes place, but thanks to a photo I saw on Instagram that Saturday morning, I promised the bois bach some cake and off we went to the fair. Wandering around with a ”ooh” and an “aah” at every stall is my kind of morning…not so much the “ALFIE! Don’t touch that!”…
The bois had their cake too and I had a very yummy slab of flapjack, eaten and enjoyed with a paned to live music!…but because of one woman {who had serious attitude problems and thought she was in charge of EVERYTHING}, I won’t be putting photos of them up…but I’ve come to the conclusion every village has a woman like her…can you guess who?! But don’t let her put you off, it’s a great set up.
Ooh love a good vintage fair, so much fun!
