5 Things I’m loving right now

KIKO MILANO Ultra Tech + Volume & Curl Mascara

Kiko, do you love me? Are you riding? Say you’ll never ever leave from beside me  ‘Cause I want ya, and I need ya  And I’m down for you always

…Are the words I sing every morning when I go to put this baby on.

Because if there was something I REEEEEALLY needed to add to my collection of Mascara’s {I didn’t}, was another one.  But OMG!, I couldn’t leave it there…the brush is the best brush I’ve ever used “a special flower-shaped elastomer brush” if you will, it really does plump and curl my lashes…and there was “50% OFF” signs and everything!  So I obvs bought two…

KIKO  – night treatment booster

…but this one is the 30 days extension – night treatment booster

And it does what it says on the tin!  And there was “50 OFF!” signs and everything!…

Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm

Alf has been having a rough old time with his sensitive skin recently.  It’s fair to say his hands got the worst of it.  They were really dry and cracked…and for someone who just about still hold hands with his Mam, {for all of five seconds until he realises what he’s doing…}, they didn’t feel as soft and snuggly as they usually do and it was really hard to watch him get all teary eyed when I tried other creams on him.  The stinging from some creams was just too much for him.  So, Eucerin’s Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm couldn’t have arrived at a better time!  We could see the difference after a couple of applications!  This stuff was a God send.

“Dermatologists and paediatricians recommend EucerinAquaphor Soothing Skin Balm because it provides the special care that your dry, cracked skin needs. It’s gentle, non-irritating formula protects and creates anideal moist environment to support the natural recovery process.”

“Eucerin Aquaphor Soothing Skin Balm is clinically proven tohelp support the regeneration process of the skin.

If you have sensitive skin, you know that soaps, cosmetics, jewellery… even a new washing powder, can unexpectedly irritate your skin.

It supports the skin’s own regeneration process, whileconditioning and moisturising the skin.”

It can be used on everyone from babies sensitive skin {nappy rash etc} to children and adults…{dry, chapped skin, cracked heels and feet etc…err…nappy rash?!…}.

Once Alf’s hands had cleared up, I decided to give it a go on my cracked heels.  With the Festive Season upon us, I will be wearing a lot of heels!  And so far, it seems to be working!  And because it can be used all over the body, this is definitely one I will be buying more of for future flare ups.

If you or a member of your family struggle with skin issues, from seeing what it has repaired Alf’s hands, I would definitely recommend it.  I didn’t get any before and after pics because a} it turns out Alf can be a grumpy little mini-teen since starting high school {anyone know where I can get some cream for that?!} b} I just wanted to get it on him asap to help him and c} Alf.   For more information and where to buy it see here.

Lacura Illusion Touch Concealer and Foundation

I’m not one to wear much foundation etc but this one seems to tick all the boxes…even the price tag, as it was from Aldi’s!  The creamy concealer is becoming VERY handy on the dark circles under my eyes and the foundation finishes it all off nicely.  I prefer to use this one instead of my Rimmel one at the minute, and I’ve always bought RIMMEL Foundation.

My New Scarf

My New French Connection Scarf.  There was “50% OFF!” Signs and everything!

What are you loving right now?!  Let me know in the comments…you know, just in case there’s 50% off…
